We are located on on Heart of Hollywood downtown area and interstate highways.
We have 5 units on the complex they are all one bedroom and 1 bath ALL with kitchen,bedroom, bathroom, living room wire and wireless internet access plus HULU and antenna tv with 40 local channels.

We are a fourplex property so we share the yard and the driveway.
It's a residential area close to downtown with a rental properties around us.
You can walk to downtown please take in consideration your health it's a mile walk to downtown or supermarket.

1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside this property at any time for any reason.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest.
3. This property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Guest is encouraged to have his/her own renters insurance policy prior occupancy.
4. By accepting this reservation, you agree that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
5. Guest is responsible for keeping the property and all furnishings in good working order and condition. Please keep in mind that the security deposit does not cover damages beyond a certain amount.
6. Guest agrees to use all the appliances only for their intended uses.
7. No illegal substances on the property for your safety and the safety of our other guests.
8. No parties or events on the premises at any time.
9. For the comfort and consideration of all our guests and neighbors, we observe quiet time from 10 P.M. until 8 A.M.
10. There are laundry facilities available for your use located on the property. We respectfully request that you always leave the area neat and tidy.
11. COOLING & HEATING: The unit has air conditioning in all the rooms. Please do not switch the A/C to heat for any reason. If you need a portable space heater, one can be provided for you.
12. HOUSEKEEPING: We do not offer housekeeping services. While linens, bath towels and other household items needed are included in the house, daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. You are responsible for the upkeep of the unit. We do not supply garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towel etc. We provide an amount necessary for you to settle in after which time it is your responsibility.
13. There is a strict no pet policy to ensure the units stay free of dander and hair/fur.
